6 hours of facility rentals between the hours of 10am-4pm | 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown with 4 hours of event time
Saturday-Evening
6 hours of facility rentals between the hours of 6pm - 12am | 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown with 3 hours of event time | must be by fully removed by midnight | on-site security is mandatory
Saturday-Full Day
12 hours of facility rentals | 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown with 7 hours of event time | must be fully removed by midnight | on-site security is mandatory
Sunday Rates

Rental prices and fees are subject to change without notice | Deposit is required to confirm date | Changes are prohibit 2 weeks prior to your event | Event may be cancelled due to nonpayment 7 days prior to event | All events serving alcohol require licensed bartender and security NON-REFUNDABLE $125 Cleaning fee/security deposit is applied to all venue rentals
