Am I responsible for cleaning china, glassware or flatware?
No, We asked that you make sure food particles are rinsed and/or scraped off.
How should I return table cloths?
@ Mane Event will provide you with a mesh bag to return dinner napkins and table cloths.
Is set-up included in rentals?
No. We do offer set-up for an additional fee.
Delivery does not automatically include the setup and/or breakdown with the exception of a few select luxury rentals. Our staff will be happy to assist with setup, breakdown, and/or install for all our rental at an additional fee paid in advance prior to delivery.
Do I need tablecloths to cover tables I rent from @ Mane Event?
Yes our folding tables look best under linens.
What happens if I accidiently break a glass or stain a table cloth?
Don't worry, our damage waiver covers all incidental damage so you are off the hook.
Delivery Questions
- Do you deliver? YES, we do offer delivery.
- What are your delivery hours? We offer morning delivery (8-12), afternoon (1-4) and evening (6-8). If these hours are not convenience, special arrangements can be made in advance.
- Do you charge a delivery fee? If so, what is the delivery fee? Yes, delivery cost depends on location, timing and loading/unloading. If you would like your items delivered, arrangements much be selected and paid prior to date of event. There client, preapproved authorized representative, must be onsite at the time of delivery to inspect, count and acknowledge receipt of goods and/or services. Deliveries outside of our normal delivery schedule will be an additional charge. Weekend delivery and/or pickup is provided in advance.
- Can I pick up my rental items to avoid delivery? Yes. Rentals that are not portable MUST be picked up and dropped off in a uhaul, box truck, and/or sprinter. No rentals will be able to leave the dock unless proper vehicle is available.
